The building offers a functional program of the new health center. It solves logical circulation problems and different uses that emerge in any project but specially in response to the important slope in the area.

Outside of the decisions that affects the resolution of the program in functional terms, always ensuring quality of the inside spaces, the building is conceived from the beginning with the idea that it has to be able to improve the architectural condition. It has to give harmony to the urban set, making flexible and connecting all the open spaces, creating a fluid and dynamic public space in its environment.

The general planning is developed in U form with three midsections; one for the services center and two perpendicular for assistance services. On the ground floor, from the main level of the circular square, it is set the building access, through a double-height porch which flies from the solid capable. This roof fits with the scale of the existing buildings and it achieves some importance in its environment expressing its public building nature.

The arrangement of the inside of the building is manifested outside displaying certain secrecy. The volume and the materials will to create a strong and clear building. These are the features that can guarantee certain ability to prevail with the dialogue with the environment.
