Architecture must enroll in the landscape with respect but as a promise of regeneration. The city changes over time, so their buildings must evolve according to the needs of the historical moment.

The project proposes a clean image that transforms the urban environment and land-use sector. The facades are proposed with great simplicity and repetitive modulation.

The proposal presents a multifamily building between borders of two or three floors above ground and two below ground. The houses are aligned to the main facade or to a free interior space of great dimension. The typology is repeated adapting to the medians, and generate a set of emerging volumes of the facades. These volumes correspond to the halls that change position and shape, creating a sculptural interior space, a dynamic urban space.
