The extension of the health center of Hinojosa del Duque is carried out in a not build field located in the back of the current center.

It was not easy to create the connection between both buildings because the existing building is raised, with the access and operation problems that it entails. To solve it and to avoid creating similar problems, the extension building is implemented on the ground in a natural way. i.e. the ground floor keeps being at the height of the current access of the site and a double bridge is proposed at the level of the first floor extension building. They are connected to the existing communication core. This allows its use in both buildings.

Inside the building the set connects through an emptiness that develops in the access area giving communication and distribution to the gallery. It continues to the actual health center through the connection bridge with a staggered section that allows the easy communication between both buildings.
